What is Weftelle?
Weftelle is a Canadian casualwear brand inspired by pickleball. We make heavyweight tees, long sleeves and sweats for life off the court — the coffee, the drive home and everything in between.
Do I need to play pickleball to wear Weftelle?
Not at all. Our pieces are designed to be great everyday clothes first, with quiet nods to the game for those who know.
Are your pieces unisex?
Our tees and long sleeves are unisex. The Courtside Sweatpant uses women's sizing. Check each product's size guide for exact measurements.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide, and you'll find all of them on our Size Guide page. The easiest method: lay a tee you love flat, measure it, and compare.
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square metre — a measure of fabric weight. A typical tee is 140–180 GSM. Ours range from 250 to 430 GSM, which is why they feel substantial and hold their shape.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Washed and frayed finishes are unique to each garment, so expect small, natural variations — that's part of the character. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Orders & shipping
Why is everything made to order?
Producing each piece when you order it means no overstock and far less waste. It takes a few extra days, but you get a garment finished just for you.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–5 business days, then typically take 5–10 business days to arrive in Canada or the US. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel orders that haven't entered production yet.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
As every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more — available options are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
