Our Story

Made for the game. Worn everywhere else.

Some of the best moments in pickleball don't happen on the court. They happen in the parking lot after a three-game marathon, over coffee with your Saturday foursome, in the group chat still arguing about that last line call.

Weftelle was made for those moments.

The name

In weaving, the weft is the thread that runs across a fabric and binds everything together. That's what this game does: it pulls people in — friends, neighbours, strangers who become regulars — and ties them into something bigger. We wanted a name that felt like that.

What we make

We don't make performance gear. We make the clothes you wear before and after: heavyweight tees, soft long sleeves and easy sweats with quiet, considered nods to the game. No loud slogans, no novelty prints — just pieces that look good at the courts and everywhere else.

How we make it

  • Fabric first. Cottons from 250 to 430 GSM, chosen for weight, drape and how they feel after fifty washes, not five.
  • Made to order. Every piece is produced when you order it. No warehouses of unsold stock, less waste, and a garment finished just for you.
  • Small drops. We release in small, considered collections — starting with The Off-Court Edit.

Starting with pickleball. Not stopping there.

Pickleball is where we started because it's where we found our people. Over time Weftelle will grow into a wider range of off-duty clothing for anyone whose favourite part of the week involves a court, a club or a crew.

Designed in Canada. Thanks for being here.
