Weftelle offers pickleball-inspired casualwear through weftelle.com. These terms explain how orders on our store are handled. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy.

Product information and ordering

Review the selected colour, size, fabric composition and garment measurements before ordering. Product images help illustrate each style; colours may appear differently on individual screens. We aim to keep product information accurate and will contact you if an issue affects your order.

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details. Your checkout shows the currency, product prices, applicable charges and total before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; if we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Made-to-order production

Garments are produced after purchase. Changes and cancellations are available only before production begins. Contact us promptly if you need help. Estimated production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping policy.

Returns and order problems

Made-to-order items cannot be returned for an incorrect size selection or a change of mind. Our Return and refund policy explains support for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
